Automatic Car
There are three options that would allow you to drive an automatic car with a right leg disability:
Option One - Left Foot Accelerator
Our left foot accelerator is the simplest and preferred solution for your disability. The pedal flips out of the way when not required by other able bodied drivers.
There are three types of this product available:
Option Two - Accelerator only hand controls
Our accelerator only hand controls would be suitable and do not interfere with the conventional pedal.
Option Three - Electronic accelerator
A more expensive solution, but sometimes required, please call us to discuss.
Manual Car
There are three options that allow you to drive a manual car with a right leg disability:
Option One - Brake and Accelerator Hand Controls
This is the most popular and recommended option for drivers of manual cars with a right leg disability. Our mechanical single lever brake and accelerator is our most popular hand control.
